10.00 (excellent) | Wow what a great series! this series was really good in more ways than one in my opinion. This show always intrigued me on how or why whats happening is deff happening, but it was cool and kept you waiting for the next episode due to so many random events and plot changes which kept me wandering wht?, everytime I watched the series. It wasn't intill i saw Stand Alone Complex and 2nd GIG 2 times each! Till I got to understand fully what was happening in the show lol. Although I have to say the movies seem so irrelevent to he show to me though both the two series of the show and the movies have stunning artwork and animations which always leave you looking at amazment thougout the film or show. | ||

9.50 (excellent) | Gungrave was a little hard for me to grasp at first and to fully understand it's plot and where it was going since there is of jumping for his current time to back to his past, yet it wasn't really towards the second or third episode till I started to watch this more and grow a liking to it. Overall I wasn't fully thrilled with the animations or the illustrations, yet I liked the where the plot was trying to go. This is one of those shows for me where I was a little into, but since I started it I might as well finish it. | ||

10.00 (excellent) | High School Of the Dead or HOTD was good for me right of the start. Mind you this is a special project the company created. Yes there is a lot of fan service which distracts a lot of people from checking it out which is a shame. Yes I did enjoy the fan service though mainly because I am a guy lol, but over all it was quite an experience. The creators did an awesome job and shows you all the cool things you can do with animations when you decide to say ah what the hell and go ham on the project. Honestly If I knew this show was as good I would have loved to have watched it sooner then I did. This show is now my in my top 3 of all time! Deff recommend and deff think it deserves a 10 out 10. | ||

8.25 (good) | Initial D is pretty much a simple one to sum up. I happen to like the underground racing a lot so this show peaked my interest. yet I found it to be annoying at parts as well due to just mainly watch a guy drive and race all the time, but if I am correct and I'm not certain this show I believe goes under historical as I believe this was based of a real driver. All in all I did enjoy this long ass series and all the crazy car driving. | ||

9.00 (very good) | Gotta say I really like the show. I liked it so much I binged watched all the way through it in fact. It had all the elements I tend to look for in a show such as this. I loved how each member of Coco's team had their own back story. Each one of them was a complete bad ass in their own way. The only problem I had with the show was it's ending. for a 26 episode show I figured it wouldn't at all seem rushed and it would play out nicely and it did till the last 3 episodes. The last 3 seemed as if it was sped up in order to have an ending. I could be wrong, but to me that part seemed poorly executed. Though besides that I was deff left wanting more and didn't want their adventure to end. It was a fun thrill ride and clever in ways as well which kept it from being boring (so I think) The crude humor and even the humor they used to lighten up darker scenes was on point. It was deff well made for sure and I wouldn't mind owning the full set for sure. Also I found myself really feeling for Jonah as he goes through his journey. | ||

I share a common humor with the main character so it helped me get into the show easily and as you watch it more you can't help, but enjoy yourself and laugh and all the stupid scenarios they get themselves into. | ||

Kind of wanted to see a love interest in it, but it didn't really show one. Over all the art was nice and easy on the eyes, some things had such detail I felt as if they were real lol. The more I watched the show and got deeper into the series I happened to like and but I personally thought that some of the charaters were poorly done due to there weird faces ( Mainly the people in Kana village XD ) besides that the overal story was cool and it had some neat plot twists towards the end half of the show like in episodes 25: The Last Battle and in episode 26: End of an Era. Personally I wasn't to happy when my favorite chareter died :( ( can't remember his name, but he had blonde hair and didn't talk much lol, but he kicked but! ) Otherwise I thought the show was good and wouldn't mind a second season of it. | ||

To be honest I typically don't go for those types of animes, but this one really dragged me into it slowly and I learned to love to watch Holo and Lawrence on there many endeavors. One thing I will say is it was a little dry for my taste, but I loved the artwork along with the time period the used. All together it was a beautiful series and I loved to watch it. | ||

There are not too many animes that I like were I am happy with all aspects of the show, but with this show I loved every moment I watched of it and the times I didn't know what was going on it played out just like I was hoping it would. Very beautiful put together show really it's now in my all time top 5. Have to get the box set of this when I can :) | ||

I honestly always saw things about it on the web or saw things about it, but never gave it a shot till not long ago and I'm so glad I did! :) Got to say my personality fits well with a lot of the characters so it made it easy to follow. The one thing I did not like about the show though was the major déjà vu factor :( ugh they did that too much. OVA was really great too and almost made me tear up at a part of it. Rewatch value: 10! Worth buying: oh yes! | ||
